To make the DIY wood pallet arrow, it is necessary to have tools and measure the pallet wood in equal size from front and back.

Cut and make both ends even, then measure the head of arrow, which will be little bit larger than the whole pallet wood.

Cut the head of arrow in sharp edge pointing ahead. Cut two pieces in 45° angle and add all these pieces with glue to stick at the same point.

Then drive the nails to fix them at the proper and similarly add the head of arrow on the front side.
